The problem with this show is that our esteemed Mr. Bacon, speaking in Dulcet tones, tells us over and over that it is not government’s job to create jobs. What he doesn’t say is what private enterprise doesn’t create jobs. Or why they are sitting on $1 trillion to $2 trillion in cash. Or why they are creating a lot more jobs in other countries.

Listening to this station is like going to church on Sunday. One hears one’s views reaffirmed, not challenged. Too bad.

  2. Peter, I hereby extend a standing invitation to you to be a guest on the show. Just drop me a line when you’ve got something you want to discuss and I’ll set it up.

That might make it less like church and more like roller derby — a deeply under-appreciated sport.

  3. ” roller derby — a deeply under-appreciated sport”… oh geeze…

for a minute there I thought you were talking about the Republican debates!
