   Medicaid pays for about 1/2 the births in the US.

   Child Tax Credit, earned income credit, education credits, dependent care credits

   parents pay for less than 1/4 of public school costs for ONE kid, even less if they have multiple kids even from those who don’t get all the other tax credits. Higher Ed Financial Aid and subsidized student loans, student loan forgiveness and student loan interest dedications on taxes, 529, etc, etc.

   Bottom Line – if you have kids, other taxpayers are subsidizing you.
