    Not a fan of these ham-handed approaches. CA did this and it’s purely symbolic. It changes nothing. Tax credits, rebates and other incentives should be tied to running average, dynamic, indicators of inequality. Hire the state’s most vulnerable and keep them employed for 6 months or more…THEN you get your bonus.
