    Julia Child’s advice on improving any recipe was “more butter”. At least for men, a good corollary would be to advise that any meal could be improved with more bacon.

    Practical question: It appears from the pictures that the bacon is fully cooked and paper towel crisped first. Anyone know for sure?

    If god hadn’t intended we eat pigs, he wouldn’t’ve made ’em outta bacon.
