    Bacon wrapped pork loin on the grill. Weave bacon to make a mat (not Matt), roll the loin in it, and tie with cotton kite string. Grill to 135 to 140 internal, let sit 5 to 10 before serving.

    Suggested: rub loins (the pork Wayne) first with cumin, clove, cinnamon, garlic, ground coriander and black pepper.
