   Back in the days of The Yellow Pages you could find humor at the top of the pages where they had the categories of businesses listed for the page, i.e., “Beauty-Beer” or “Funeral-Furnaces”. Some would be as suggestive as your street corner.

   Poor kids nowadays are missing out on so many giggles. All they have is autocorrect.

   In Woodbridge we have “BACON RACE ROAD” which reportedly got its name from swarms of Copperhead snakes crossing the road (Fall behavior), and it looked like bacon to the person who named the road.

   We had quite a few Copperhead snakes this Fall in NoVA which I drafted a column for BR but it did not make the cut,
