Three consecutive stories in today’s VPAP VaNews:

Matt Jones in the Daily Press.

“75% of Virginia parents fear their children are falling behind in the pandemic, new poll says”

Kenya Hunter in the Richmond Times Dispatch.

“Virginia Education Association calls for classrooms to close across the state”

I would love to reimagine Richmond without Northam on Capitol Square.

“Georgia on my mind….” Was explaining to a friend who lives and votes there last night: Just look at the 2020 actions of our General Assembly to understand what is at stake in that dual run off…..He was a shipyard colleague so he still has a home here, as well.

    2. Progressives are planning to “reimagine” everything. That’s the new buzzword.

And when there’re done reimagining something, it will no doubt be changed to advance their Progressive/Marxist agenda.

So you prefer a Regressive/Fascist agenda?
        Got it.

        1. So you’re saying we have only two options for the future? It’s either Progressivism/Marxism or Regressive/Fascism?

Also, where’s Fascism right now, besides the mostly Democratic governors abusing emergency powers to unconstitutionally restrict First Amendment rights?

“A California judge on Thursday temporarily blocked Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom’s coronavirus restrictions on worship services, which critics say unconstitutionally discriminate against people of faith.”

        2. Hey, since you are “fromthefuture,” maybe you can tell us when the totalitarian regime in New York will allow dining inside restaurants again.

“New Yorkers will again be prohibited from dining inside restaurants come Monday, as Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced on Friday that indoor dining would be suspended indefinitely.”

One might ask “Where’s the science,” but authoritarians seldom provide those answers to the commoners.

“Restaurants and bars have accounted for 1.4 percent of the spread, while 74 percent of the spread has been from private gatherings.”

Yes, “reimagine” is becoming a buzzword for Democrats, liberals and progressives. They invoke it when they want to change or replace things they don’t like or disapprove of, but do so euphemistically and avoid discussing the details and specifics of what they intend to be the final changes or replacements. Why not be candid and transparent and let people know in plain English what they want the changes and replacements to be?

NoPlan Northam rides again! Why govern when reimagining is so much more fun?

  4. “Northam proposes major effort to reimagine public space around Robert E. Lee statue in Richmond”

I think he would be better served if he “reimagined” the space between his ears.
