Michael Cecire is a public policy analyst specializing in economic development and South Caucasus politics. A former economic development executive in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he is now a senior editor at Tabula, a bilingual newsweekly out of Tbilisi, Georgia. Cecire has also written for World Politics Review, the Caspian Business Journal, TCS Daily, and the London Telegraph, among others. He holds degrees from VCU and the University of Pennsylvania.
